Walks And Runs
Unfortunately Hebron and the West Bank in general are not known for having the infrastructure for walking or running in and around the cities. It is really not that easy to find a place where you could run for some kilometers. However you can walk around the streets in the city which is very nice and lively.

Cycling
Cycling is not a popular activity in the West Bank, Palestine and is rarely seen. The main reason for this is that the city is full of hills which makes it difficult to ride a bike. Some clubs in Hebron, Palestine offer free trials for the first session which makes them worth trying out. For martial arts alone there are many clubs to join in Hebron, including Jujitsu, kickboxing, thai-boxing and self-defence weekly sessions. Others include pilates clubs and yoga clubs.

Water Sports
